I just launched my small businesses site –also built in wordpress
like yours– but the theme slows (!) the site down quite a bit.
In case you have a minute, you can find it by searching for „royal cbd“ on Google (would appreciate any feedback) – it’s still in the works.

Dear Justin, thank you for your kind words! The theme used in this site is „Twenty Seventeen“ with some additions using the Elementor plugin. Feel free to copy it, if you find it useful.
Yes, WordPress drags down site performance, but for now it is running reasonably well. It may also depend on the service provider.

Warum sollte die Evolution
dort nicht führ’n zur Zivilisation.
Sterne entstehen und vergehen,
das ist im All Normalgeschehen.
Wir alle kommen von den Sternen,

Kein Atom in des Weltalls Fernen
geht im großen Zyklus verloren.
So werden in allen Galaxien
Lebenskeime ihre Kreise zieh’n.
